For black friday tv deals in 2026, our top pick is the Hisense U8QG 65-inch. It is already selling at $949.99, which is below what last year’s Hisense flagship cost on Black Friday itself, and that is the cleanest live saving in this guide.

Black Friday lands on Friday, November 27, 2026, with Cyber Monday on November 30. TVs are the most fought-over category of the sale, and also the one where the fake discount is hardest to spot. A TV can carry a huge crossed-out price because the model it replaced is gone, or because the size on sale is not the size in the headline. Every pick below is judged against what it actually sold for last year and earlier this year, not against a struck-through number. Our deal-hunting method is in the Black Friday hub guide.

How we picked these

This guide is curation, not a lab test. We did not test these products for this article. We checked current prices the morning of November 6, compared them with verified prices from Black Friday 2025 and Prime Day 2026, and kept only the figures we could source. Two of the TVs below are previous-generation models, and each section says so plainly.

Hisense U8QG 65-inch, the top pick

The Hisense U8QG is the one TV in this guide that is already a deal before Black Friday. It is selling at $949.99 at Amazon, down from its $1,099.99 range through most of October. Last Black Friday the previous Hisense U8 flagship sold for $998 at Amazon, so this year’s model is already $48 below last year’s Black Friday price. During Prime Big Deal Days in October it was $999.99, and the lowest price ever tracked for it is $785.

Buy below $900. This is the current model, the 2025 flagship Mini-LED, with no successor announced, so there is no older-model catch. It is the bright-room TV in this guide, the one to buy if your living room has windows that fight the screen in the afternoon.

Best for living rooms where brightness matters more than the last word in black levels.

LG C5 OLED 65-inch, the previous-generation OLED

The LG C5 is the most covered TV deal of last Black Friday, and it is back, but read the model number first. LG has launched the C6 as the 2026 successor, with the C6 65-inch at $1,399.99, so the C5 is now the previous generation. That is exactly why it is discounted. It is currently $1,294.95 at Amazon, down from $1,499.99 at the start of November. Last Black Friday it sold for $1,377 at Amazon, $1,296.99 at Walmart with a coupon, and $1,399 at Best Buy. The lowest price ever tracked for it is $1,099.99.

Buy below $1,100. At the current $1,294.95 you are paying roughly what it cost last Black Friday, which is a fair price but not a deal. Wait for it to fall toward its tracked low. The 55-inch is also on sale, at $1,138.95, but do not compare that against the 65-inch figures above.

Best for movie watchers in a dark room.

Samsung S90F OLED 55-inch, the other previous-generation OLED

The Samsung S90F is in the same position as the LG C5. Samsung has launched the S90H as the 2026 successor, with the S90H 65-inch at $1,498, so the S90F is the previous generation and the one that will get the discount. The 55-inch is currently $1,197.99 at Amazon, and the lowest price ever tracked for it is $997.99. We could not verify a Black Friday 2025 price for this model, so no figure from last year is quoted here.

Buy below $1,000. That matches its tracked low, and it is the price where the S90F undercuts the new S90H by enough to matter. The 65-inch S90F is also on sale, at $1,497.99, but skip it. At that price you are paying the same as the newer S90H 65-inch.

Best for buyers who want OLED under $1,000 and can wait for the price to hit the line.

TCL QM8K 65-inch, the one to watch, not buy yet

The TCL QM8K is the warning in this guide. It is currently $1,424.99 at Best Buy, marked as clearance, against a comparison value of $1,499.99. That looks like a small saving, and it is. The same Best Buy listing has swung between $899.99 and $1,424.99 during 2026, and it sold for $948 at Amazon during July Prime Day. A roundup published after Prime Day claimed $1,000 at Best Buy, but the live page today shows $1,424.99, so do not trust the $1,000 figure as a current price.

Buy below $1,000. Do not buy it at $1,424.99. This is a current model, the 2025 flagship in TCL’s line, and the price history says it drops to four figures when TCL wants it to move. If it has not hit $1,000 by Black Friday, the Hisense above is the better buy at a similar size.

Best for big-screen buyers who can wait and will check the price again in Black Friday week.

Echo Show 8, the newest model, the kitchen display

Amazon lists the newest Echo Show 8 at $199.99, full list, with no discount live today. It launched in September 2025 with a larger 8.7-inch display, and its first discount came that Black Friday, when it sold for $160. Since then it has fallen further. It dropped to $124.99 in late September 2026, just before Prime Big Deal Days, which is the lowest price ever tracked for it.

Buy below $125. That matches the September low and beats last year’s Black Friday price by $35. If you see an Echo Show 8 near $80, check the generation first. That price belongs to the 2023 model, which is a fine display but not the current one. Our Black Friday smart home deals covers the rest of the Echo range.

Best for kitchens and desks.

Echo Show 11, the big-screen display

The Echo Show 11 is currently $249.99 at Amazon, which is its full list price, but that list price is new. Amazon raised it from $219.99 to $249.99 in August 2026, so any discount quoted against the old $220 figure is wrong. Last Black Friday it sold for $195, and during Prime Big Deal Days in October it fell to $149.99, the lowest price it has reached.

Buy below $150. That matches the October low and is $45 below last year’s Black Friday price. At $249.99 you are paying full list for a display that has been $100 cheaper twice in the last two months, so do not buy it now.

Best for large kitchens, where the bigger screen is used for video calls and watching while you cook.

Echo Show 5, 3rd gen, the bedside display

The Echo Show 5 on sale now is the 3rd generation model from 2023. There is no 2025 Echo Show 5, so do not let a listing tell you otherwise. Amazon lists it at $99.99, up from $89.99 before the same August 2026 price rise that lifted the Show 11. Last Black Friday it sold for $54.99, and during Prime Big Deal Days in September it dropped to $59.99.

Buy below $60. That matches its recent sale pattern and is close to last year’s Black Friday price. It is the cheapest smart display in this guide, and the one that makes sense as a bedside clock that also controls the rest of your smart home. Our best smart home hubs guide explains how these displays fit into a wider setup.

Best for bedside tables and small rooms.

Skip this and watch out

Four things to skip. First, the Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). We could not verify a current discount for it anywhere, it is sold out at the Google Store, and it is a 2021 model with no successor. It has repeatedly sold for $50 to $60 in past sales, so if it appears at $60 or below it is worth a look, but at its $99.99 list price it is not a deal.

Second, the TCL QM8K at its current $1,424.99. A clearance label is not a discount, and this TV has sold for $948 this year. Wait for $1,000 or buy the Hisense instead.

Third, any TV deal that does not name the model year. The LG C5 and Samsung S90F are previous-generation models, and that is fine at the right price, but a listing that just says “LG OLED” or “Samsung OLED” without the model number can hide a much older set. Check the model number before you pay.

Fourth, any discount quoted against a raised list price. Amazon raised the list prices of the Echo Show 11 and Echo Show 5 in August 2026, so a “50 percent off” claim against the new list can still be worse than last year’s Black Friday price. Check the price history, not the percentage.

When to buy

Early Black Friday TV deals are already live, and the Hisense is the proof that a real saving can appear before Black Friday week. That does not mean you should buy everything now. The pattern from last year is that the best TV prices land in Black Friday week itself, November 20 to December 1 in 2025, with a second drop on Cyber Monday for some models. Use the buy-below lines above as your trigger. If a pick hits its line early, buy it. Add your picks for Black Friday TV deals to our Black Friday shopping list with your target prices, and the list will show what you save if every target hits.

Prices in this guide are in USD, and the November 24 refresh pass will update every pick before sale week. In India, availability and pricing for these TVs and displays differ by retailer, so check local listings rather than converting these prices.

Frequently asked questions

When do Black Friday TV deals start? +

Early Black Friday TV deals start in late October, but the best prices from last year landed in Black Friday week, November 20 to December 1 in 2025. This year Black Friday is November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is November 30.

Why is the Echo Show 11 list price higher than last year? +

Amazon raised the list prices of its Echo displays in August 2026, citing memory costs. The Echo Show 11 went from $219.99 to $249.99, and the Echo Show 5 from $89.99 to $99.99. Judge any discount against the new list price, and against what the display actually sold for, not against the old price.

Should I buy last year’s TV model on Black Friday? +

Yes, if the discount is real. The LG C5 and Samsung S90F are previous-generation models, and their discounts exist because the new models are out. A previous-generation TV is only a deal when it falls well below the new model’s price, which is why each section above has a buy-below line.

Will these prices drop further on Cyber Monday? +

Sometimes. Last year some smart home gear fell further by Cyber Monday, while TV prices mostly held their Black Friday level. If a pick hits its buy-below line on Black Friday, buy it rather than gambling on Cyber Monday.
